Most evenings we sat enjoying a drink at the beautiful Chianti farm and watched the sun set over the rolling hills of olive trees and grape vines. The streaks of colour in the setting sun, the long shadows, wooden tables slats and rattan chairs all combine to create a rich display of atmosphere and texture.
