Do you remember snowball fights in the schoolyard? They were strictly forbidden—and getting caught definitely came with consequences. ❄️
In this painting, I wanted to capture the pure joy of winter—something that often fades as we grow older. Along the way, we seem to lose our love for these simple, playful moments. Even though the children are “opponents” in a snowball fight, they’re still friends. I hint at that connection by repeating the same colours in their clothing, tying them together visually.
