“Ice Storm ‘98” 
Remembering the Kingston ice storm of 1998.  The city was in a state of emergency after this damaging storm knocked out power across the city for many days in the middle of winter. The ice hanging off everything was a sight to see. Huge trees suffered major damage everywhere with massive limbs off. This scene is at Bagot and Earl streets.
