Hiding in Eden
11 x 14 Print of an original acrylic monoprint, on Terra Skin, tree-free paper
Hiding in Eden was a magical surprise to me when I lifted the print to reveal an overflowing flower garden. I immediately thought of the Garden of Eden and then discovered the image of a person hiding within it. Since then during visits to the gallery, many people have found other images of people and animals. This painting was created with no plan whatsoever and tells its own story, it invites the viewers imagination.
Terra Skin paper is a very mentally friendly paper made with stone and boned with a non-toxic resin. Its surface is completely smooth, paint glides and flows on it, as if it were marble.
