One of 16 paintings in the 'Atmosphere & Texture, Italy 2019 Collection'. This black cat liked to perch in the window of the old Chianti farmhouse we stayed at. The terracotta clay pots are quintessentially Tuscan, and combined with the stone wall, and stones inlaid in the grassy floor, create an abundance of texture. Subtle splashes of pink can be seen in the rock wall, emulating the pink geraniums in the larger pot.
