Tranquil Paddle
One of my favourite things to do is kayak on our many local lakes where we live just north of Kingston, Ontario. There is nothing more meditative and serene than hearing the ever-moving water lapping at the kayak, and appreciating the beauty of the surrounding rocks and trees reflecting on the water. To paint it later is to be there again.
