“Winter Friends” - acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas, 10” x 20”
There is something warm about the winter, in spite of the cold. Our best memories are not sitting inside at a computer or game console. Our warmest recollections are those cold winter days building a snowman, or walking downtown and looking at the decorated windows as the snow falls.
I chose our second store, Martello on Brock, as the backdrop for this painting because, well, it’s such a beautiful Dickensian style building, and I love this quirky little shop so much.
This painting evokes fond memories for me, and I hope it does the same for you.
what are your best childhood winter memories?
