72 Princess Street. When I painted the Modern Primitive store and part of the Toucan Irish Pub in 2012, I discovered Rochleau House, which was built in 1808 by Frances Xavier Rochleau. He was a stone mason. In 1802, he built the wall around St. Paul's Church on Queen Street. It is said that the alley behind the Rochleau House is haunted. Chez Piggy is located behind Rochleau House. Opposite Chez Piggy is an entranceway to the lovely Toucan Irish Pub. A walled passageway runs out to Brock Street and Le Chien Noir Restaurant
