White Tulips
This is an enchanting encaustic done on gold sealed card. The frame is an original A.Y. Jackson frame. A.Y. deliberately had his frames made 10.5 x 13.5 to make it hard for other artists to copy his work. Standard boards were not this size. On the inside of the frame at the back he wrote in pencil “A.Y. Jackson near Kleinburg”.
